The Pregnancy & Family Care Center was honored to be a special guest at the National Day of Prayer event on May 1st hosted by Good News Church at the Venetian Center in Leesburg. Good News Church’s Pastor Mark Shilling is a generous ministry partner having participated in our yearly Baby Bottle Boomerang to support the work that we do with pregnant moms and families in our community.

What a blessing to be able to pray for our city and elected officials, our schools, administrators and teachers, as well as our military and first responders. The Pregnancy & Family Care Center’s Director, Hailey Burger, took the opportunity to pray for the unborn and for the families struggling in our community. She also prayed for the planned re-opening of our Children's Home (for children in foster care) on the Christian Care Center campus.
Many leaders from our Christian Care Center showed up to join us in prayer. When we pray, God listens… and it was great to be together in a room full of people praying together for our community.Â
