Jewelry Making Classes Provide New Skills, New Definition of Fun

Every other week, the ladies at the Women’s Care Center get an opportunity to try out their creative talents and make jewelry. Ms. Lorraine supplies all of the beads and tools needed and then teaches the ladies how to make their very own earrings, bracelets, necklaces and anklets.

The ladies are really enjoying the chance to use their skills and make jewelry for both themselves and family and friends. They are very proud of their beautiful creations! What a nice way to end a week of studies and class time with lots of fun, fellowship and laughs!

Once again, the ladies are learning how to have clean and sober fun. They are realizing skills that they never knew they had, and they are loving it! If you would like to find out more of what the Women’s Care Center is all about or maybe how you can partner with us, either prayerfully or financially, please contact our Women’s Care Center Director, Sherry Stewart, at (352) 787-8929 for more information.
