The Women’s Care Center always welcomes visits from the Pastor’s wives. Recently, we had the pleasure of meeting and visiting with Pastor Steve Rippy’s wife, Katie. There was an instant bond and, thankfully, Katie has returned several times to teach the ladies ESSENTRICS. ESSENTRICS is a low-impact, dynamic, full body workout that is great for all ages and fitness levels.
It has been a wonderful time for the ladies, as they concentrate on their spiritual, mental and physical health. Katie begins each class with a gospel-centered discussion on health and wellness and ends with prayer and praise.
