It is such a joy as part of our job description to be able to put rooms together for the families that are coming in. As we try and get the homes comfortable and cozy for a future family, our residents and staff pray over the room as it is being prepared for the next family that will be living in that room. It is a joy to be able to watch families come in and go from nothing to having something. When I stand back and look at the rooms and I see the effort and time they take to put them together, it gives me the feeling that they're preparing it as if they would be staying there, themselves. That is a true testament to doing something the right way.
