Our sweet friend, Connie Oxendine began volunteering again at the Women’s Care Center. She is well known for her beautiful and delicious cakes, and she also uses those creative talents with her craft ideas.
There is always a sweet time of fellowship, lots of laughs, and a special afternoon of fun! Some projects may be quick and easy, while others are a little more time-consuming. The ladies have enjoyed working on “lizard castles” most recently and each week brings another stage of the project. Everyone is excited to see the end result! One thing is for sure, the laughter has been abundant and special friendships have been formed!
