Chicks for Charity in the Village of Mission Hills recently blessed the Pregnancy & Family Care Center with a neighborhood baby shower! These ladies went all out in providing needed baby items for moms and dads who the pregnancy center serves. They donated over 1000 diapers as well as things including wipes, baby shampoo, lotion, bottles, photo books, ointment, baby mattress, Pac ‘N Plays, room thermometers, baby shoes, socks, towels, washcloths, crib liners, sheet, blankets, clothing, journals for the moms and more. Judi Taylor, organizer for this event, shared with Pregnancy & Family Care Center Assistant Director, Rachel Caruso, “One lady just wrote to tell me how uplifting & inspirational you were. You 'MADE' our meeting!” It’s easy to be inspirational when you share about Jesus and all that He’s done for you and for those you minister to!
