Saying goodbye to one of our beloved volunteers is never easy because they are not simply volunteers; they become family. Ron Sebree was no exception! He has poured into the men & women on campus here at the Women’s Care Center and the Men’s Residence for many years. Although it was titled a Finance Class, Mr. Ron brought so much more than that each and every week.
Recently, as he decided to step down from his teaching position, we all enjoyed celebrating him and telling some of our favorite “Mr. Ron stories”. His lessons will be remembered as well as his life stories!
Thursdays will not be quite the same without Mr. Ron, but he has promised to stop in from time to time, and we can still find him volunteering at The FBC Thrift Store!
