Recently, one of our newest volunteers, Lyssie Silver, answered the Pregnancy & Family Care Center phone. The woman said she wanted to make an appointment but then part of the way through the conversation, Lyssie sensed she was upset. The woman apologized for her voice cracking and at that moment, Lyssie asked her if it was ok to pray with her. They finished confirming the appointment, but then hours later this woman called back and wanted to cancel her appointment with us. When she was asked why, she said that she had changed her mind. Lyssie didn’t even know she was considering abortion, but her kindness and praying for this woman broke down strongholds. We are thanking God the Father!!!
