The Samaritan Inn experienced it’s first-ever “Families Who Serve” event with the Rippy family from First Baptist Leesburg. The mom, Katie, challenged us with some “crazy” icebreakers and led us in a time of praise and prayer. The dad, Pastor Steve, gave a real-life devotional from God’s Word. Each of the Rippy kiddos played with our children and helped with taking care of our toddlers. Even a brief little drizzle didn’t keep us all from enjoying a fun filled, faith building, and sweet fellowship kind of hour together.
