The Christian
Care Center, Inc., (CCC) was incorporated as a 501©3 in 1985 by the First Baptist Church of Leesburg, Florida. It is one of the most comprehensive faith-based social service organizations in the state and in fact,
the nation. The Mission Statement, “To honor God by creating a safe
and friendly haven for the hurting and needy men, women, adolescents and children in our local community”, is accomplished
through the variety of services offered and the diversity of those served.
The “Ministry
Village” is located in the heart of downtown Leesburg, at the intersection
of Main Street, 13th Street and High Street. The
Ministry Village includes a Men’s
Residence, Women’s Care Center, Emergency
Children’s Shelter, long-term Children's Residential Group Home, Benevolence Ministry, Pregnancy Care Center,
Welcome Home Ministry and Village Thrift Store. The Community Medical Care
Center, operated by a sister corporation, is located adjacent to the
Ministry Village.
The CCC has
expanded into other areas including Abstinence Education and Community Outreach. We
are excited about sharing our ministry with you. Please check out our ministries
