Remember when you read the appeal for new beds at the Women’s Care Center called “Sweet Dreams”? Well, it was a huge success and we ordered new memory foam mattresses, platform bed frames, and headboards.
Once we received the beds, the next step was putting them all together and disassembling the old beds. I know you have heard the saying – “it takes a village” – so we called out and we were blessed with some of the best handymen around! We give a big shout out of thanks to Harry Higgins, Jack Parker, Russ Bonner and Terry Benner. You all were truly a blessing!
These men graciously volunteered their time, tools and muscle and got the job done! The Women’s Care Center is blessed with an amazing group of godly volunteers that partner with them prayerfully, financially and “physically” whenever there is a need.
