We recently received a letter from a former client of our Community Medical Care Center, and we wanted to share it with you!
I am writing to express my sincere and deep appreciation for medical care provided to me from Community Medical Center. The last few years have been very difficult due to health and financial concerns. The “Center” not only provided medical services free of charge, but I also received emotional support at each and every visit. While all the staff and volunteers are wonderful, I specifically want to comment on Suzanne Himes, ARNP. Ms. Hines is kind, thorough, compassionate and has provided excellent me with excellent medical care. I recently obtained insurance coverage and as such will no longer be a patient at the “Center”. I will miss Ms. Hines and am very doubtful that I will find another medical provider that will even come close to the excellent care that I have received. On more than one occasion I have cried while talking to her in the exam room. In summary during this difficult time I don’t know what I would have done without her and the “Center”. I will be forever grateful. I also want to mention Melissa Martin. She seems to be the pulse that keeps things running in a kind, efficient and compassionate manner. She really cares, and she has demonstrated it each and every time I have encountered her.
I only wish that I could repay all that has been done for me, who knows maybe someday!
