Rick Harper, was born in Starke, Florida. He is a graduate of Leesburg High (1983) and he joined First Baptist Church of Leesburg in 1993.  He actively served in FBC's College and Career Ministry for many years then moved on to minister in our Saturday Sunday School Program.  He also works as a mentor in the Integrity House, a second phase drug rehabilitation program.  His spiritual gift is encouragement.  Rick and his wife, Candi, have one daughter, Madelyn.

 
 
 
Lee Evans was born in Leesburg in 1943 and is a third generation Florida native. He and Gail for have been married for 36 years and have two children, Joe who is a missionary with New Tribes Missions currently at their headquarters in Sanford, Fl., Danna Kessler a graduate of Liberty University with BA in nursing.  Gail and Lee joined First Baptist Leesburg in 1980. They were the first house parents of the Emergency Childrens Shelter and served there for 9 years with over 900 kids in their care during that time. Lee currently serves as a Deacon at FBC Leesburg. 
 

Cindy Devries moved to Leesburg as a teenager and joined First Baptist Church in the early 1970's. Her parents are Cecil and Jackie Clark. Her father died three years ago. She worked with her parents at Cecil Clark Chevrolet for 18 years and then opened Cindy Chevrolet in Wildwood in 1996. She is married to Daniel Devries. This is her first year on the board for the CCC. "It is truly a blessing. The dedication of the pastors, staff, and directors is an inspiration," she said.
